Corea del Norte organizó una masiva movilización en las calles para celebrar el lanzamiento del último misil, informaron este sábado los medios oficiales de Pyongyang, con un despliegue de propaganda que incluyó fuegos artificiales y bailes.
El diario del Partido de los Trabajadores, Rodong Sinmun, publicó en su portada fotografías que muestran a miles de soldados aclamados por la gente en la plaza Kim Il-Sung de Pyongyang, que fue decorada para la ocasión con inmensos retratos de los líderes del país.
“De todo corazón celebramos el exitoso lanzamiento del (misil) Hwasong-15 que muestra a todo el mundo el poder de Corea del Norte y su grandeza”, rezaba una de las pancartas que portaba la multitud.
Corea del Norte probó con éxito un nuevo misil balístico intercontinental, tras el cual el líder Kim Jong-Un dijo que el país alcanzó su meta de convertirse en una potencia nuclear.
El lanzamiento provocó indignación en Estados Unidos que dijo que el régimen de Kim Jong-Un será “totalmente destruido”, si su ambición por desarrollar un arsenal de misiles nucleares de largo alcance provoca una respuesta militar.
Kim no asistió a las celebraciones, como es tradición, pero la reunión del viernes congregó a los principales líderes militares, del partido y del gobierno.
“Larga vida al general Kim Jong-Un que nos trajo el estatuto nuclear”, rezaba otra pancarta.
